Q: How long does it take to process and receive my order?
A: This truly depends on exactly what you order- Sometimes it can take 1-2 days to process/create and stick in the mail, however the larger the order the more time we may need. Our rule of thumb since opening this business was to say "please allow 2-3 weeks on smaller orders 4-6 weeks on larger orders" and let us tell you we never taken that long! Sometimes it's just nice to give people a longer estimate so we don't feel rushed and stressed and when we turn around things faster they are suprised to see it so soon.  If we can work it in and we have the supplies we can turn things around more quickly. If  you have a larger order and we have to order some supplies it can take 1-2 weeks to get the supplies in and then the time to make them.  It never hurts to ask before making a final decision on ordering or not. During the holiday's sometimes it does take longer--we try to start all holiday orders during the summer months to prevent a back up on anthing. Also, keep in mind we always keep a good inventory of cards in stock for crunch times as well. Just email us for details.
Q: What if I am interested in your products, but don't see exactly what I am looking for?
A: Email us what you need/want or are looking for. You may see hundreds of samples, but honestly there are thosands more we could make but haven't yet! So don't give up if you don't see what you want. Email us and we can chat, design and go from there. Usually what we do is get information from you about the event, colors, what you are wanting, etc....design some cards and email you samples...you pick which one you like and we make samples until you like one! We am confident we can make what you are looking for!
Q: What if I am out of state or would like it shipped directly to me?
A:  We usually ship all  orders, and this is a small additional charge. We usually ship out regular mail or priority mail to make sure things arrive safely. We can add insurance for a small additional charge if your order is larger. At times, depending on how it's mailed, we do charge minimal handling fees for packaging supplies. We do strive to keep costs as low as we can. We have had many clients who receive their items in the mail and have received them in perfect condition. Any questions, just email us.
